This was my first time here and they were incredibly friendly and helpful. First, I had never had a ring cleaned and the woman explained what she was looking for before cleaning. Then I was looking for a wedding band and Sue was super helpful. She pointed out rings that would go well with what I had and explained why or what different settings were. I'll definitely be going back.

This place is amazing. You walk in and everyone is greeting you with a smile and a great personality. Lee was especially helpful. He guided us through the whole process and was super helpful.

Tom and staff did an out of this world job restoring a ring of mine that has been in the family for years. If you want something done with care and passion go visit Lee Ayer’s. My ring will be displayed in the before and after pictures on their site.

I’ve had a gold bracelet since I was little and I’ve had it cleaned/repaired at various places throughout the years and the last place that I took it to clean completely ruined it. I worked with Caitlyn at Lee’s to fix my bracelet. She not only made the process super easy but they did an amazing job, kept me informed on the process and the price wasn’t crazy! I won’t be going anywhere else to clean/repair my jewelry.

Lee Ayers is a beautiful store with amazing inventory in both Diamond and outstanding colored gemstone jewelry. The sales staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and very attentive. Everyone is very nice and professional in every way. To visit is always a pleasurable experience. Highly recommend!

I was visiting Stevens Point from out of town and noticed a bent prong on my wedding band. I had my ring cleaned here last summer, so I called again—and I’m so glad I did! Jean greeted me with a warm smile and brought it straight back to Greg, the repairman. He fixed the prong on the spot and even polished and cleaned it for me. Incredible service, super friendly staff, and such a kind gesture. I’m beyond grateful and highly recommend this jeweler to anyone in the area!

Lee Ayers went above and beyond to make sure my engagement ring was repaired for an event I had coming up. I brought it to them after sitting at another jeweler for four weeks, and they finished it in one day! Their customer service was amazing, and they were so easy to work with. My ring looks brand new!
